We recognize that an essential component of a successful Private Banking enterprise is involvement by strategic leaders from the community. The Senior Management and Board of Directors of Legacy Bank recognizes this fact and has sought out community leaders for their input and suggestions. As a result, we have established the Legacy Bank Advisory Board which meets on a regular basis to discuss various topics and issues that influence our company, our private banking clients and our community.

John Bowman
Mr. Bowman is the founder and CEO of John Bowman, Inc., a Colorado corporation, specializing in construction/remodel work on military installations. Mr. Bowman has been married to Dianne Bowman for over 32 years. Together, they have five children, nine grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter. They presently live in Scottsdale, with a second home in Flagstaff, Arizona.
 
Benjamin F. (Tres) Brooks, III
Mr. Brooks is a second generation real estate developer and entrepreneur. He is the founder and President of Brooks Realty & Advisory Group (BRAG). Mr. Brooks' 20-year real estate career has been primarily focused on the acquisition, development, and disposition of large rural ranch properties in Arizona and Wyoming. He is the majority owner of Brooks-Clark & Associates Real Estate, the second largest general real estate firm in Lake Havasu City, with over 100 agents.
 
Michael Brown
Mr. Brown is a second generation home builder in the Phoenix market. He joined the family business, Homes by Dave Brown in 1978. He owns Arizona Land Group which is a prominent real estate developer in the Valley. He is also CEO of MDJ Mortgage which the AZ Business Journal cites as one of the top 25 lenders in Arizona. More than 24 years of hands-on experience has taught him that there is nothing more important than personal involvement and good communication with customers and employees to ensure the ideal working environment. He is married to Stephanie with one child.
 
Todd Govig
Mr. Govig is President of the executive search firm, Govig & Associates, which was founded in 1978. Under his leadership the company has grown by 800% from 1993 to 2005. The company currently has a staff of 60 recruiting professionals. Recent awards include MRINetwork's "Elite Office" for the last six years and "Best of Class" for ten years. Mr. Govig lives in Phoenix with his wife, Michele, and their four children.
 
Christine Kovach
Ms. Kovach has worked in broadcasting for KTVK-TV in Phoenix, and as Vice President/Sales Manager for Founders Bank of Arizona (now Compass Bank). She is Vice Chairman of Scottsdale's McDowell Sonoran Preserve Commission and she has served on several city committees and task forces. Kovach currently serves as the immediate past Chairman of the Board of Directors for the McDowell Sonoran Conservancy.
 
Anthony J. Salcito, Sr.
Mr. Salcito is the President of Salcito Custom Homes, Ltd., a custom homebuilder in Scottsdale that specializes in the design and construction of luxury custom homes. Salcito Custom Homes has constructed more than 250 homes throughout the most prestigious communities in the Valley. Additionally, Mr. Salcito is on the Board of Directors of Visions of Hope, Inc. which supports the Arizona Humane Society and the Whispering Hope Ranch Foundation. He lives in Scottsdale with his wife, Donna.
 
Larry M. Senderhauf
Mr. Senderhauf began his career in real estate development. He co-founded and served as Vice President of Rentex, a home and apartment locating service which was later franchised globally. Today he serves as a Trustee and Administrator of LMS 33 Pension and Profit Sharing Plan, as well as serving on the Board of Trustees of Tocqueville Asset Management, a family of mutual funds. He and his wife, Libby, reside in Scottsdale.
